Staff were very helpful and clear with directions. However, everything is small and confined. Regardless, I slept well.

Everything went well, staff were friendly and helpful. I did not receive any boarding pass before my train so I was quite confused, other than that, my experience was great.

Beautiful ride
We enjoyed the Chapa sleep train experience. To bad it was a little bit too short. The private cabin was beautifuly decorated and clean. We received a cup of hot tea and a snack at arrival. We strongly recommand the Chapa Express!

Overnight trip to Lao Cai to get to Sapa
Best way to get too and arrive at Lao Cai. Had a comfortable carriage with a good nights sleep. Enjoyed the light refreshments before starting our journey and the opportunity to have a wake up coffee before arriving at our destination
Brilliant experience
We loved our experience with Chapa. We changed our booking with no problems within minutes online. The Chapa lounge in Lau Cai was so handy, as we arrived early so left our bags and had a look around the town which we loved. We didn't realize dinner was prepared for us until we returned back, they had set a table for us but we had dinner out, felt bad and I guess we must have missed this bit of information. Having a shower was brilliant, again I didn't realize there was towels available until.I saw other people getting them but it was so nivlce to get on the train all clean ready to settle down. One suggestion I would have us for the.morning coffee to be free, and perhaps save money on all.of the snack offered on arrival. Would recommend this train ride to everyone I know. Thanks Chapa.
Lao cai to Hanoi return
The Chapa Express service was even better than expected. The rooms were nice and clean and comfortable and they gave us food and drinks. The lounge in lao cai was very nice also making the trip very comfortable
